Permission
Permission granted. It’s been very hard to come to these words because I am so tired. It may also be that I have finally allowed these words because I am so very tired.
Permission granted. It’s been very hard to come to these words because I am so tired. It may also be that I have finally allowed these words because I am so very tired. I have slowed down in many ways recently: A mandate from my ever transitioning body, the wise petitioning to focus from my naturally squirrely mind, and an uncomfortably loud call to vocalize community into existence. That last part takes a lot of unpacking for me. I need to and will explore the links between community, agency, voice, collectiveness, isolation, body, will, words, and power. I will explore the concrete, the formless, the chain link fence, and the asterix. I will explore near and far, dear and dangerous, fear and failings. I will practice. I will question. I will explore.
I will explore together.
I will explore with.
I will explore for.
I will explore.
